I really like people.  I embarrass my family all the time by how much I like to interact with others, but there are few things more enjoyable than talking with someone and making a connection.  That is why cycling and triathlon are a huge part of my life – I have found that cyclists and triathletes make up the some of the most interesting and friendly people around.   PrintNumber of years cycling: 15 years (first ride was AIDS ride from St. Paul to Chicago)

Proudest moment on or off the bike:  On the bike: Finishing the bike leg of the Wisconsin Ironman in September – yep, it’s really quite hilly. Off the bike: Becoming a mom three times over.

Weirdest post-ride craving:  French fries, chicken noodle soup and an Irish Coffee (at the same meal – it was a long, cold ride).

What is your spirit animal?  Dolphin – I smile a lot, love the water, am very playful, but not afraid to take on the sharks if they mess with my pod.

Where to find me rocking Moxie: Lifetime Fitness spin classes (winter), on the roads around the Twin Cities, and long distance running races in MN. And now that I think about it, mowing the lawn, taking my dog for a walk, on the boat and just about anywhere.

Next challenge: Grandma’s Marathon in beautiful Duluth MN and a half Ironman in August.

Favorite style in the 2016 Spring line: I love the entire Revolution Collection – too hard to choose just one!
