As a kid I never did sports. I started running in college to stay in shape. Many road races later, that turned into buying a road bike, competing in triathlons of all distances, half ironmans and two full ironmans. I’m a stay at home step parent of two girls who motivate me everyday to be an example of a powerful, strong, but not so serious athlete!
Number of years cycling: 8 years
Proudest moment on or off the bike: Taking over an hour off my bike time at my second Ironman.
Weirdest post-ride craving: Nothing, sometimes I just can’t eat right after a ride!
Where to find me rocking Moxie Cycling: On the roads here in Newfoundland PA, in my pain cave in the basement, or out in the race field!
